Review, manage, and take action on CE submissions selected for audit
Overview
The Chosen for Audit Manager is where all submitted transcripts flagged for audit are deposited.
To access this manager, click “View All” under the Chosen for Audit section of your dashboard.
Understanding the Chosen for Audit Table
Each column on this screen gives you specific details about the professional’s CE submission. Here's what each numbered item represents:

Name – The name of the professional who submitted their CE transcript.

Industry – The industry the professional is licensed in (e.g., Dentistry, Nursing).

License – The license type
-
License/Permit Number – The unique ID associated with the professional’s license.

Renewal Period – The specific renewal window the CE transcript applies to.

Submitted – The date the transcript was submitted.

# Days Late – Indicates if the submission was late, and by how many days.

Compliance – The calculated percentage of CE completion for that renewal period.

Audit Status – Displays whether the audit has been started, partially completed, or not yet reviewed.

Compliance Order – Shows whether this transcript is part of a compliance order.

Actions – Click the Manage Audit button to access the following tools for each submission

View Transcript
Open the full CE transcript submitted by the professional. This is where you can begin or continue the audit process.

View History
See a complete log of audit activity, including:-
The name of the manager who took action

The date and time the action occurred

A description of what was done (e.g., audit started, marked complete)

Connect with a Professional
Send a message directly to the professional for questions, clarifications, or follow-ups related to their submission or audit.

Move to Green Light Ready – Manually mark a submission as ready to proceed without completing an audit.

Filter – Narrow your view by industry or license type for easier management.
Actions: What You Can Do

Perform an Audit
- View History

Hover over the Manage Audit button in the Actions column.

From the dropdown menu, click View History.
This gives you a detailed audit trail for each transcript, showing who took action and when.
