Step-by-step guide on how to access your CE Zoom account on the new version and reset your password

Welcome to CE Zoom V2 — your upgraded continuing education experience is here!
This guide will walk you through the first-time login process, including how to access your account using temporary credentials, validate your email, and set your new password.
We’ve designed this two-step process to ensure your account is secure and properly linked before you begin using the new platform.
Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Visit www.cezoom.com and click Log In.
Step 2: Use Your Original CE Zoom Credentials
Log in using your original email and password from the legacy CE Zoom site.

If this is your first time logging into V2 or your password is no longer recognized on V2, you’ll see a message titled:
"Welcome to CE Zoom V2 — Let’s get you logged in!" -
Click the "Yes, Email Me Login Instructions!" button.
This will send an email to the address associated with your legacy account (based on the email or username you entered).
Step 3: Check Your Email
Look for an email from no-reply@cezoom.com with the subject line "Lets Get You Logged In"

This email will include:

The email address on V2 that is linked to your legacy account **

A temporary password for accessing CE Zoom V2

**If you had multiple accounts in the legacy system with the same email, you may receive multiple emails — each with slight variations or added characters in the email address. If you're unable to update your email or the login doesn't take you to your most current or active account, please contact us at help@cezoom.com and we’ll assist in assigning the correct email to each account.
🔐 Note: Each email address can now only be associated with a single account in V2.
Step 4: Log In with Temporary Credentials
Return to the CE Zoom login screen that triggered the "Lets get you logged in" email and enter the email and temporary password provided in the email.
This will successfully log you into CE Zoom V2 for the first time.
Step 5: Validate Your Email Address
Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to validate your email.

If your email is correct, click "Send Verification Email"
➜ Then check your inbox for a second email with the subject " CE Zoom - Validate Email" open and click the "Validate Email" link to complete this step. This will log you in and take you straight to reset your password. -
If your email is incorrect, click "Update Account Info"
➜ This will take you to your profile page.
➜ From the top menu, click Login Information → Change Email
➜ Enter your new email and click Save
After updating, any attempt to access your account will prompt you to validate the new email. Follow the instructions sent to that new email address.
Step 6: Set Your New Password
After validating your email, you’ll be prompted to create a new password.

Enter your new password and confirm it in the fields provided.

Your password must meet the following requirements:

At least 8 characters

Includes 1 uppercase letter

Includes 1 lowercase letter

Includes 1 number
-
Once saved, this will become your new CE Zoom V2 login password.
You will always use your email address as your username when logging in.
Optional: Access Your Legacy CE Zoom Account
You can still access your original CE Zoom account for reference purposes.
⚠️ Please note:
You will need your original legacy username and password this log in does not update with V2 credentials.
Changes made on the legacy site will not carry over to V2
Legacy access is for viewing past records only — your data is safe and being migrated to V2
