How to inactivate or re-activate a license on CE Zoom (V2)

Learn how to inactivate or reactivate a license in CE Zoom (V2) to keep your account organized and your active CE tracking accurate.

There may be times when a license is no longer Active or you do not require CE tracking for a particular license. For example, if you've retired a license or want to show that it's expired. CE Zoom (V2) gives you the option to set an Inactive status so that you no longer need to manage it. If your status changes, you can also Reactivate a previously inactivated license at any time. This helps keep your License Manager organized while preserving your previous renewal data.

Note: From the Manage Licenses tab, the licenses that have an Inactive status applied can be viewed by clicking on the filter, Inactive Licenses, this simply hides a license and its Tracker until the license dates indicate that it has been reactivated. 

To Inactivate or Reactivate a license, you’ll need to edit the license in your License Manager.
