Finding and Accessing My Stored CEs

  1. Login to your CE Zoom account at www.cezoom.com
  2. Click on "My Certificates", under the navigation menu on the left-hand side
  3. Click on My CE’s

 

4. Find the course you wish to see the certification for

5. Click "Manage Certificates" for the record of choice, and click on "View Certificate" from the drop-down menu.

(Please note there is a view certificate and a view certification. The certificate is your proof of attendance, certification is awarded when you successfully complete a formal program that meets specific industry standards)

 

6.  To print your certificate, click on the printer icon in the upper right.

Locating and Retrieving My CE Certificate After Completing a Course on CE Zoom 

 

After completing a course offered through CE Zoom, follow the steps below to receive your CE certificate.

1. Log into your personal  CE Zoom account. www.cezoom.com

2. Verify your attendance: How to verify a course to receive my CE Certificate

3. All CE Certificates will be stored under "My Certificates": Finding and Accessing My Stored CE Certificates

1. If you manually uploaded the record, please verify that a file was successfully attached.

2. If the record is not listed under "My CEs," check the status by clicking on "Pending CEs" to see what is required prior to the CE being released.
