My CE Records Seem to be Missing
Overview
All CE Zoom accounts created prior to July 1, 2025 were migrated over to the new and improved CE Zoom V2 platform. If you had CE records stored and do not see them in your account when logging in after this date, those records likely have not yet migrated to the new CE Zoom V2 site, but don’t worry — they are still accessible through the Legacy Site. We are continually migrating records during off-peak hours, eventually all records will appear in V2 platform. Until then, you can use the steps below to access them.
- Log in to your CE Zoom V2 Account

From your Dashboard

At the top of your dashboard, click the Legacy Records button.

You’ll be redirected to an information landing page titled " CE Records are on the Move"

Under the Professionals section, click on the word “here” to access the Legacy site.

Log In

Enter your original Legacy credentials (the login you used before V2).

⚠️ Please note: If you updated your login credentials in V2, those will not work on Legacy. The two sites are separate.

Navigate to Your Records

From the top navigation menu, hover over Records
.

Click Manage CE’s from the expanded menu.

Filter and View Your CE Records

Select your license and the appropriate renewal period.

Your CE records for that period will display for you to view/ print

Records are actively being migrated — once your CE history appears in V2, you won’t need to access Legacy anymore.

Do not add new CE Course Records in the CE Zoom Legacy platform; all Course registrations and CE courses records must be created in V2.

Finding and Accessing My Stored CEs
All CE records you have either manually uploaded or that were issued through CE Zoom are securely stored in your account. You can access them anytime from your account under My Certificates.
Missing CE Records
We’ve just launched our new site and are in the process of migrating decades of records. Some of your records may not yet be visible in V2, but don’t worry — they are still safe and can be accessed on the legacy site.
- Log in to your CE Zoom account at www.cezoom.com
- Click on "My Certificates", under the navigation menu on the left-hand side
- Click on My CE’s
4. Find the course you wish to see the certification for
5. Click "Manage Certificates" for the record of choice, and click on "View Certificate" from the drop-down menu.
(Please note there is a view certificate and a view certification. The certificate is your proof of attendance; certification is awarded when you successfully complete a formal program that meets specific industry standards.
6. To print your certificate, click on the printer icon in the upper right.
After completing a course offered through CE Zoom, follow the steps below to receive your CE certificate.
