Update or correct dates for previous license or CE renewal periods in the License Manager.
Overview:
If you need to correct the dates of a past license or CE renewal period, you can easily make changes in the License Manager. Editing ensures your CE records are accurately allocated to the proper renewal cycle, helping you maintain compliance tracking. You can also delete renewal periods if they were added in error.
Steps to Edit or Delete Past Renewal Periods
If you need to edit your current renewal period, need to update your license number, or change the status of your license, you will need to edit your license from the manage license action menu. Navigate to the License Manager

From your navigation menu, hover over Manage Licenses.

Click Professional Licenses. This will open your License Manager page.
Locate License to Edit

If a license has multiple renewal periods, a blue 'View All' button will display within the License or CE Period columns. To edit one of the multiple renewal periods, click the View All button.

A list of renewal periods will display.

Edit or Delete Periods

Click the pencil icon next to a renewal period to edit the dates of that renewal period. Once edited, the renewal period will display in light blue to let you know you have made changes to that renewal period.

Click the trash icon to mark a renewal period for deletion. A confirmation message will appear—click Delete to confirm. Please note: confirming the deletion does not immediately remove the renewal period. The change will only be applied once you click Save in the next step.
Once confirmed, the renewal period will turn red to let you know this renewal period will be deleted once all edits are saved in the next step.
⚠️ If you accidentally mark a renewal period for deletion (highlighted in red), you can undo this action. Simply click the trash icon again and select Cancel in the confirmation pop-up. This will remove the delete action and restore the renewal period to its original state.

Important Information Before Saving

Edited periods will be highlighted in light blue until saved.

Periods marked for deletion will be highlighted in red until saved.

Overlapping dates are not allowed — changes will not be saved if any periods overlap, unless the overlapping periods are set to be deleted.

Renewal periods with submitted transcripts are locked and cannot be edited.
Save Your Changes

After editing or deleting, click Save to apply your changes.

Your updates will not be applied until you save.
