How to edit a Course Template saved in my Template manger on CE Zoom (V2)
Editing templates allows you to keep course details current and accurate for future use, ensuring consistency and saving time when creating new courses.
If any course details change, you can edit a non-approved template at any time to keep it up to date. However, approved templates are locked to maintain compliance. If updates are needed to an approved template, a new course must be created and submitted for approval.
How to Edit a Course Template
From the Company Dashboard:
-
Hover over Course Manager in the left-hand menu.
-
When the submenu expands, click on Course Template Manager.
This will take you to the course template manager, where you can create and manage your course templates.
3. In the Course Template Manager, locate the template you want to edit.
4. Hover over the Manage Course Template button under the Actions column.
5. From the dropdown menu, click Edit.
This will open the course template for you to make updates as needed.
