Attendees can not receive their CE Certificate until their attendance has been confirmed.
All attendees must have their attendance confirmed by the offering company before a CE Certificate can be generated and released. There are two ways to confirm attendance:
-
Auto Confirm: The system will automatically confirm the attendee's attendance when they verify the course with the correct verification code announced at the conclusion of the course.
-
Manual Confirm: A company representative manually confirms each participant's attendance.
How to Set Up Auto Confirm Attendance
When adding a course, you can enable or disable automatic attendance confirmation in the Additional Info step of the Course Wizard.
-
-
Look for the “Automatically confirm attendees” option.
-
Use the toggle switch to manage this setting.
-
By default, Auto Confirm is set to “Yes.”
-
When enabled, CE Zoom will automatically confirm attendance for all participants who:
-
-
Have completed registration and fulfilled any payment requirements
-
Enter the correct course verification code
-
No manual action is required by the offering company.
⚠️ Auto-confirm is not recommended for courses whose paid registration is managed outside of CE Zoom, as we have no record of whether their registration status make them ineligible
