How to Change the Tracker Status (Agency Accounts – CE Zoom V2)

Control whether a CE tracker is visible to licensees

Overview:
Each CE tracker must be marked as Visible in order for licensees to access and use it during their CE submission and renewal period. CE Zoom allows agency admins to activate (show) or deactivate (hide) trackers directly from the License / Tracker Manager. Hiding a tracker makes it unavailable to licensees, while showing it publishes the rules for live use.

 

Steps to Change the Tracker Status:

  1. From your agency dashboard, hover over the Tracker tab in the side navigation menu.Screen Shot 2025-06-06 at 5.15.58 PM

  2. Click License / Tracker Manager.

  3. Use filters if needed to locate the correct industry and license type.

  4. Under the Actions column, hover over Manage Tracker.

  6. A confirmation prompt will appear—confirm whether you’d like to Show (make visible) or Hide (make not visible) the tracker.


🔒 Note: Only trackers marked as Visible will be accessible to professionals for tracking and submission purposes
