Change the template status to keep your list organized
Changing the status of a course template helps keep your template list organized. Only templates marked as “Active” are available for selection when adding a new course, which makes it easier to find and use current, relevant templates—while hiding outdated or unused ones from view.
How to Change the Status of a Course Template
From the Company Dashboard:
-
Hover over Course Manager in the left-hand menu.
-
When the submenu expands, click on Course Template Manager.
This will take you to the course template manager, where you can create and manage your course templates.
3. In the Course Template Manager, locate the template you want to update.
4. Hover over the Manage Course Template button under the Actions column.
5. From the dropdown menu, click Update Status.
6. Confirm you want to inactive/reactive template
