If you've scheduled a downgrade to your CE Zoom subscription but changed your mind, you can cancel the request before it takes effect.
How to Access the Plans Page in Your CE Zoom (V2) Dashboard

Log in to your CE Zoom (V2) account.

From the left-hand menu, click My Account.

Click the Plans tab at the top of the page.
You will now see the Professional Pricing Plans page, where you can select your industry and licenses to view and downgrade available plans.
Locate your Current Plan
Under the plan card, if a downgrade has been scheduled, you’ll see a "Cancel Request" button
Click Cancel Request
Your subscription will remain active at its current level, and no changes will be made.
