How to Access and Take a Self-Study Course in CE Zoom (V2)
This article guides users through the steps to access and complete a self-study course in CE Zoom's updated platform (V2).
Log in to your CE Zoom account and go to your Professional Dashboard.
Scroll down to the “Scheduled Self-Study Courses” section and click to expand it.
Make sure you are under the “Active” filter.
⚠️ Courses listed under the “Expired” tab are no longer eligible for credit. Even if you completed the course content, you must pass the test before the course’s expiration date in order to receive credit.
Find the course you want to take and click the “Take Course” button.
This will open the course content, which may be hosted on another site.
Complete the course in full. Follow all instructions on the host platform.
If you're not automatically redirected back to CE Zoom, return to your dashboard manually.
Click “Take Test” to complete any required post-test or quiz.
If the course registration is managed outside of CE Zoom, your first action could be Verify Course.
Once you pass and meet all requirements, your certificate will be issued and saved in your CE Zoom account.
