Approve incoming connection requests from offices to extend compliance visibility and CE benefits
Overview:
Executive Suites can receive connection requests from offices that want to be linked under their suite. Accepting these requests allows the suite to gain visibility into office compliance and extend any upgraded CE Zoom features to all employees connected to that office.
Steps to Accept a Connection Request:

From your Dashboard, scroll to the Office section and click “View All.”
If there’s a notification icon, this indicates pending connection requests.

Click the “Pending” tab at the top of the Office Manager.

Select the “Received” view to see requests sent to your suite.

Locate the office request you want to respond to, and choose:

“Accept Request” to approve the connection

“Ignore” to decline it

Once accepted, the office will be officially connected to your Executive Suite and all of its employees will automatically gain access to any upgraded features included in your plan.
