How to Create and Edit a Master Provider Approval List on an Agency CE Zoom (V2) Account

Provider Approvals are the individuals, associations, organizations, and businesses that are recognized or have individually been approved as eligible providers by your agency.

Why do I need to create a Master Provider List? 

Provider Approvals is a tracking rule that can be applied when creating compliance trackers within CE Zoom.  This rule allows agencies to limit which providers are eligible to issue qualifying CE credit hours according to set parameters. In order for each agency to have full editing capabilities of these parameters each provider must be listed within the agency's "Master Provider List". 

Which Providers Approvals should I select?

The Agency's "Master Provider List" should include all providers that are approved, recognized, excluded, or have any limitations from your agency so they will be available as a selection when creating each license's compliance tracker.

Which Provider Approvals should I not select?

If your agency approves courses, and the providers teaching the course are approved within the course approval process, the agency will not need to select the providers approved to teach each course as part of their Master Provider List, as each approved course will be considered an agency-approved course.  Agency-approved courses will have the agency listed as the approved provider, not the offering company or the individual speakers or instructors.

 

How to add providers to your "Master Provider List"

  1. Log into your CE Zoom agency account
  2. From the Navigation menu, hover over "Tracker", then click on "Master Provider Approval Manager".

  5. Select the Country and Industry associated with your industry and click search.Screen Shot 2025-06-06 at 11.27.59 AM
  6. From the provider's drop-down menu select all provider approvals required, recognized, and excluded by your agency.  Providers will be organized under a Category Title that can be expanded to show all Providers grouped under the category. Providers are multi-select, allowing you to select all providers at one time.
