Regulatory accounts are created by CE Zoom admin, if you have not already contacted CE Zoom regarding an account please do as this is a required step prior to activation.
CE Zoom regulatory agency accounts are created and managed by CE Zoom admins to ensure proper setup of license types and tracking systems. Once your agency has been officially assigned an account, the designated administrator will receive an email notification inviting them to accept ownership.
Step-by-Step Activation Guide
1. Accept the Assignment
Click the "Accept Assignment" button in the email. This will take you to the CE Zoom platform to begin the activation process.
2. Confirm & Agree to Terms
On the Account Assignment screen:

Review your agency’s details

Confirm that you are the correct recipient

Agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Confidential Agreement
⚠️ Important: Please contact CE Zoom before updating the Regulating Body Name or Division. These fields are connected to provider records, and we’ll ensure all associated records are updated properly for you.
3. Configure Submission Settings
You will be asked who should submit their CE transcripts through CE Zoom. You can choose:

All professionals: Requires every licensee to submit CE completion proof each renewal period.

Set how many days prior to expiration users may submit.

You may choose to audit all or any percentage of professionals.

✅ Benefit: CE Zoom will provide a compliance overview of all submitted transcripts, allowing you to focus audits only on those that are non-compliant.

Only those selected for audit: Only professionals selected by your agency must submit.
- You can select who is audited prior to the renewal period or after.

Set how many days before expiration or after selection users can submit.

CE Zoom will send notifications accordingly and track late submissions.

4. Set Account Login Credentials
You will be asked to create an email and password for the main (root) login.
🔐 Use a unique email address not tied to a personal license. Do not use a personal or work email if you are a licensed professional. This email will serve as the primary login and must be exclusive to the regulatory role.
5. Review & Finalize
On the Account Overview screen:

Review your regulatory scope (country, regions, and industries)

Click Finish to complete activation.

You are now the official manager of the agency account. You can begin:
